Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Vascular Technologist PRN to join our Imaging Teams at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document vascular assessments on patients as ordered, working closely with the Medical Director for Cardiovascular Services.
  • Perform procedures in a careful, compassionate, and respectful manner, prioritizing patient care and well-being.
  • Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe manner, adhering to established operating procedures.
  • Maintain proactive, effective communication with patients and physicians regarding findings, patient histories, and test results as appropriate.
  • Collaborate and confer with colleagues and members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Vascular Technician, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or RDMS OB/GYN Specialty.
