Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various funding layers, including HOME, Tax Credit, 50058, 50059, NSP, and PBV units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of multi-family residential real estate properties
  • Process and prepare applicant and resident files in compliance with Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC rules and regulations
  • Prepare leases, addendums, and other legal paperwork for new move-ins
  • Perform annual renewal inspections and maintain tenant files
  • Oversee the completion of security dispositions and arrange for utility transfers
  • Generate and post demands and other legal notices
  • Assist with evictions and maintain a professional appearance
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Fair Housing Act and HUD regulations
  • Answer phones and perform administrative tasks
  • Record rent receipts and process vendor invoices
  • Provide resident problem resolution and identify competing communities
Requirements:
  • Assisted Housing Manager Certification or equivalent
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or one to two years related experience and/or training
