Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and guests.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food service or hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and staff management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
