Multi Unit Operations Supervisor

Job Overview:
McDonald's is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our restaurant teams and drive business results. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for running a patch of profitable restaurants and ensuring they meet McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with General Managers and Shift Managers to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of General Managers and Shift Managers to improve restaurant performance and meet customer standards.
Hire and develop Department, Shift Managers, and crew to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
Requirements:
Previous Area Supervisor/Operations Supervisor experience running high-volume locations.
Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
Dynamic leadership skills and ability to build a high-performing team.
Strong communication and coaching skills to reinforce accountability and maintain exceptional food safety practices.
Ability to work closely with General Managers and Director of Operations on Brand Standards, labor, food cost, and scheduling.
