Job Overview

As a Relationship Manager at Green Bear Solutions, you will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding them through their solar energy journey. This role combines consultative sales with exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through post-installation support. You will represent our company's values and mission while helping clients transition to solar power with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients. Serve as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues during the sales and installation process.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' energy needs and educate them on solar benefits. Offer customized solar solutions, including system design, cost estimates, and financing options tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a dynamic sales pipeline using our CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Follow up promptly with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay current with solar technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Clearly explain complex technical information to clients in an understandable manner.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with installation and technical support teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and market insights.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure they are informed about the installation and activation steps. Offer post-installation support to ensure system performance and address any concerns.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
  • Advocacy and Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Green Bear Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs. Advocate for renewable energy and promote our brand within the community.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in solar or renewable energy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain solar energy systems.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting renewable energy solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
