- Supplier Relationship Improvement: Work with suppliers to enhance processes, improve quality, and drive cost reductions while maintaining strong partnerships and supplier performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of improvement initiatives, prepare reports on progress, achievements, and recommendations for further enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, APICS) preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role with a focus on Business Unit Change Management installing a program of continuous Improvement and root-cause-counter-measures.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools and techniques. Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of relevant software/tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, statistical analysis software).
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of leading successful improvement projects and driving change management initiatives.
