Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Membership and Customer Service Assistant to help us deliver exceptional service to our members, who represent the forefront of the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to members via phone and email, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Assist with membership applications and renewals, maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
- Organize membership events, including logistical and administrative support.
- Manage member records and perform regular data entry projects.
- Support the Lawyer Referral Service by managing inquiries and generating reports.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional setting.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce or other database systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple member inquiries efficiently.
Hourly rate: starting at $27.50/hour DOE
