Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Membership and Customer Service Assistant to help us deliver exceptional service to our members, who represent the forefront of the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to members via phone and email, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with membership applications and renewals, maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
  • Organize membership events, including logistical and administrative support.
  • Manage member records and perform regular data entry projects.
  • Support the Lawyer Referral Service by managing inquiries and generating reports.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional setting.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other database systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple member inquiries efficiently.
What We Offer

Hourly rate: starting at $27.50/hour DOE
