Customer Service Representative

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a medical call center company in Boston, MA to find experienced Customer Service Representatives for a 2nd shift temp-to-perm opportunity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during peak and off-peak hours.
• Take messages for non-urgent situations and page on-call medical staff for urgent matters.
• Answer main lines for several hospitals and medical practices, providing a first point of contact for incoming calls.
• Efficiently and courteously handle calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Answer emergency code calls and provide quick responses to call-ins.
**Requirements:**
• Prior call center experience is required.
• Previous experience in a medical call center is preferred.
• A typing speed of 40 words per minute is preferred.
• A clear and professional speaking voice is essential.
• Ability to maintain excellent customer service.
• A High School diploma is required.
