Position Overview:
Alpha Baking Company, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated route sales driver based out of our operational depot. This role is essential for ensuring timely delivery and merchandising of our products to retail customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and merchandise products efficiently at various retail locations.
  • Manage product ordering and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle collections.
  • Maintain accurate route inventory and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in route delivery and sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to commence work during early morning hours and availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Possess an excellent driving record.
  • Successful completion of background checks is required.
  • Must pass a post-offer DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and proficient in using a dolly.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle in various weather conditions including rain, sleet, snow, and wind.
