Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and timely manufacturing cost reports, including standard costs, variances, and operating direct charges.
- Coordinate cost management functions to ensure compliance with corporate reporting requirements, including inventory reserve calculations and balances.
- Participate in the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial reports for quarterly and monthly operations and business reviews.
- Work with planning and operations to cost new products and support manufacturing operations, including monitoring and analyzing daily manufacturing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on cost accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions.
