Position Title: Nurse Floor Supervisor
Compensation: Hourly Rate: $42.00-$44.00
Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Floor Supervisor for our Assisted Living Facility. The mission of this facility is to offer safe, affordable, and high-quality assisted living options for retirees, seniors, and individuals requiring residential care while promoting independence. The ideal candidate will be an RN or LPN licensed in Washington State with current CPR certification. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to professionalism and excellent attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide age-appropriate care, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles.
- Lead the collection and performance of Clinical Quality Measures for an average of 21 patients daily, including both clinic visits and outreach.
- Perform essential nursing procedures such as IV access, blood draws, and medication administration as per provider orders.
- Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and emergency referrals.
- Act as a resource for nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and care delivery.
- Support the training and onboarding of new nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with Nurse Manager and Nursing Supervisors on administrative tasks, including quality assurance and infection control audits.
Consultation Duties:
- Assess walk-in patients and callers to determine appropriate symptom management.
- Document all patient interactions in accordance with established protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN, LPN, BSN or equivalent).
- Current Washington State professional licensure.
- IV Certification is preferred.
- Experience in ambulatory care and long-term care is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within 90 days of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
