Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for a range of commercial tasks, including checking, coding and booking of creditors and debtors, reconciliation of cash and cash management, and examination and booking of travel expense reports.

Your Responsibilities
  • General commercial tasks in the area of our accounting department
  • Checking, coding and booking of creditors and debtors
  • Reconciliation of cash / cash management
  • Examination, coding and recording of all booking transactions in the ERP system
  • Preparation of payment runs according to due dates and internal guidelines
  • Execution of payment runs
  • Examination and booking of travel expense reports
  • Clarification of reminders or payment reminders
  • General administrative management tasks
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with Datev
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken
