Key Responsibilities- Process changes, ratings, and accurate client data entry with attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet the service needs of our clients.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
- High school diploma required.
- Two years of customer service experience.
- One to two years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight.
