Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to take on the role of Production Scheduler within our valve service division. Key Responsibilities:

  6. Process Enhancement: Seek opportunities to refine scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize scheduling methods.
  7. Quality Control: Ensure that all scheduled tasks are executed to the highest quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or project management, ideally in a related field such as valve servicing or industrial maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for anticipating and addressing scheduling challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision.

  • Familiarity with valve repair and/or field service technician scheduling.
