Key Responsibilities:
- Support physicians and other healthcare staff in administering patient care within the gastroenterology environment.
- Prepare patients for medical procedures and assist during examinations and therapeutic interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Conduct nursing tasks such as wound management, injections, and intravenous therapy.
- Ensure the maintenance of precise and current medical records and documentation.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding gastroenterological issues, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to guarantee comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Comply with all clinical and regulatory standards, including infection control measures and privacy regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited LPN training program.
