Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Analysis Specialist. This role will provide leadership, analysis, and support in the area of special education behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Promote quality and compliance of programs and services to improve student achievement
  • Develop and supervise interventions and programs based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience and training in performance of functional behavior assessments and functional analysis assessments
  • Provide behavioral interventions and emergency behavioral interventions as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in applied behavior sciences, psychology, education, or other related field
  • Three (3) years' experience working with school-aged children with moderate to severe disabilities, autism, and related disorders, or other developmental delays
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
