Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to clients, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment
  • Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine commitment to helping others. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in behavioral health or a related field is preferred.
