Job Description
This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. You will also be responsible for processing orders, forms, applications, and requests; resolving customer complaints; managing customer accounts; recording details of actions taken; communicating with internal departments; and following up on customer interactions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills - verbal and written; problem analysis and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and accuracy; knowledge of customer service principles and practices; and relevant computer applications.
