About the Role
The Guest Care Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer experiences, serving as a key holder and manager on duty when needed. This hourly position requires a strong focus on driving sales of automotive repair services and tires while contributing to business growth through effective sales presentations and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process.
  • Engage guests, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and present needed services following the Monro selling process.
  • Assist in various aspects of guest care, work order completion, register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
