Job Summary

Marriott International is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, maintaining the security of cash and credit card transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile financial transactions, including adjustments, paid-outs, and miscellaneous charges.
  • Count and secure bank at the end of each shift.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • License or certification not required.
