Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our medical team at Deaconess. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between patients, families, and health care providers.
About the Role:
- This position involves coordinating patient services, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
- You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals to deliver high-quality patient care services.
Requirements:
- A graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
Certifications/Licenses:
- A current certification/license from one of the following organizations is required: American Association of Medical Assistants, American Medical Technologist, National Health career Association, National Center for Competency Testing, National Association for Health Professionals, American Allied Health, or American Medical Certification Association.
- A valid LPN or RN license in the state of employment is also required.
- CPR provider certification is mandatory.
