Key Responsibilities

- Set sales appointments for new customers
- Answer billing questions and provide accurate information
- Complete general clerical duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with service and sales teams to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood
- Demonstrated multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- Remain calm and composed under pressure, with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
