Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Revive Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests.
* Process customer policy change requests and take premium payments.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
* Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs and goals.
Requirements:
* Personal lines P&C license
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Great customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
