Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Professional to fill the role of Lead Teller and Customer Service Representative at The Bank N.A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their needs with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Process customer transactions with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Assist customers with deposit-related issues, including opening accounts, handling debit cards, and online banking needs.
  • Oversee the teller line and fill in when needed, maintaining and balancing personal teller cash drawers as required.
  • Count and roll coins for customers as needed, and perform other job duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of bank customer service experience and/or 1 year of bank teller experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure the customer's needs are met.
  • Friendly demeanor with positive attitude and clean, neat appearance.
  • Good computer input skills.
  • An intermediate understanding and skill level of computer operations such as Word & Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail.

Work Hours/Requirements: Must be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with hours subject to vary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
