Clark College is currently seeking applications for part-time Clinical Nursing Educators to instruct in our Associate Degree Program. The primary focus will be on in-person clinical and skills lab courses.
This part-time role is part of an ongoing recruitment process, with applications accepted throughout the year. Positions will be filled based on program requirements, and applications are reviewed quarterly.

Key Responsibilities
GENERAL FACULTY DUTIES:
- Deliver instruction using effective techniques and knowledge of the discipline to enhance student learning.
- Utilize computer applications for instructional purposes and maintain program compliance.
- Uphold departmental curriculum standards.
- Implement appropriate assessment methods to evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse student learning styles.
- Engage in decision-making processes by participating in departmental and college committees.
- Contribute to departmental activities that support the educational environment.
- Continuously seek to improve teaching and learning methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals from various academic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current enrollment in a Master's in Nursing program, or a Master's degree in a related health or education field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience.
- Current RN licensure in Oregon and Washington (or ability to obtain by time of hire).
SALARY DETAILS: The compensation for nursing clinical educators is $118.97 per hour.
