Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Therapies RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and education to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one training and education to patients and their families on peritoneal and home hemodialysis
  • Conduct initial home visits with another staff member present to ensure a safe and effective treatment environment
  • Assess and manage patients' response to home dialysis training and treatment therapy, communicating any concerns to the physician as needed
  • Participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current appropriate state licensure
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse, with a preference for experience in nephrology nursing

Benefits
