Behavior Intervention Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide behavioral support and interventions to students with special needs
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
* Monitor and record student behavior, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
* Experience working with students with special needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
