Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for facilitating HR processes, providing exceptional onboarding experiences for new employees, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Conduct background record checks and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including data entry and file maintenance
  • Act as a liaison between employees and their programs

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
