Account Service Manager Sr

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Service Manager Sr to join our team at Elevance Health. This role will be responsible for providing advanced account management representation and strategic planning for assigned large accounts and units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage contractual requirements and obligations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product and operational enhancements.
- Provide guidance and expertise to less experienced account service managers.
- Make routine account visits to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals.
- Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry, particularly in pharmacy benefits.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams, CRM tools, and Salesforce.
Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. The salary range for this position is $91,308 to $156,528, depending on location and experience.
