Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to drive new and profitable business within the designated area. You will provide essential technical support to both the Client and Operations teams, ensuring that tailored technical solutions meet client needs while maximizing the utilization of our product lines and expertise. Your role will also involve contributing to the development of effective sales strategies and monitoring business performance metrics.

Adherence to company HSEQ policies and related legislation is crucial, as is the commitment to delivering high-quality service that ensures client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and Expro's operational and product line teams.
  • Identify and pursue marketing opportunities for our technologies, collaborating with the Business Development Manager to formulate effective strategies.
  • Respond to requests for proposals and quotations, ensuring comprehensive commercial evaluations and business cases are prepared.
  • Work closely with Operations and Product Line teams to facilitate the introduction of new technologies to our client base.
  • Maintain effective communication across Operations and Product Line teams.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, supporting Operations teams in identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on product lines to clients and prospective clients, participating in meetings and technology forums to promote our offerings.
  • Provide budgetary and forecasting support to the Product Line and Regional teams.
  • Collaborate with clients on technology initiatives aimed at improving performance and profitability.
  • Ensure timely reporting and maintain the Salesforce database with up-to-date information.
  • Conduct client technical audits in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure effective information dissemination and timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards by adhering to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, fostering a culture of compliance among employees.
  • Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to Quality policies and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and encouraging accountability among team members.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports, ensuring their professional development and completion of Employee Development Plans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Professional Qualification in a relevant Technical field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Technical or Sales role, ideally within a related product line.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, databases, and PowerPoint.
  • Financial acumen related to the tender, quotation, and budgeting processes.
