About the Opportunity

We invite applications from experienced Clinical Supervisors to lead our ICU/IMU team at Luminis Health. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of nurses, while ensuring excellent patient outcomes and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve organizational goals.
  2. Clinical leadership and expertise specific to the ICU/IMU department, with a focus on education and staff development.
  3. Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) and active Maryland RN license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a specialty-related field, with demonstrated leadership skills and clinical expertise.
  • Certification in the relevant specialty area and preference for additional certifications.
