Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience in inpatient rehab settings and be licensed to practice physical therapy in Texas. Bilingual skills are preferred due to the heavy Hispanic population we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their needs">
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional outcomes and quality of life">
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care">
  • Document patients' progress and maintain accurate records">
  • Provide education to patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and disease management">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctoral degree from an accredited program">
  • Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Texas">
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient rehab settings">
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities">
