Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services to students in a reputable school district. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment
- Offer consultation and support to parents/guardians regarding strategies to promote communication development at home
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY)
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
