Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice
  • Conducting quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Participating in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current RN license in Massachusetts
  • At least one year of experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
