About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at ODD Fellows Home of Massachusetts. This is a per diem position that requires expertise in geriatric care and strong leadership skills.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all resident assessment instruments, including Minimum Data Sets (MDS). You will also teach and in-service new employees on the process and laws governing resident assessment.

Your experience working within an interdisciplinary team approach to care will be valuable in this role. You will assist in initiating the assessment process upon a resident's admission and assure that the MDS is appropriately completed and signed by each discipline before the end of each patient's assessment schedule.

The estimated salary for this position is $45-55 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience.
