About the Role:- Provide clinical expertise and leadership in the Emergency Department, specifically in the Trauma Unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Level 1 Trauma hospital.
- Strong preference for 2 years of Level 1 ED experience.
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
- Clinical certification in Adult Trauma Nursing Specialist (ATCN) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
