Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop propulsion systems for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of thermodynamics to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate propulsion systems into overall product designs.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of propulsion systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Ensure all propulsion systems meet necessary safety and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in propulsion technology and incorporate new findings into our designs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD will be considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in propulsion system design and development.
  • Proficient understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
  • Experience with CAD software and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
