  • Performance Analysis:
    • Evaluate production metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; a College Degree is preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • In-depth knowledge of water filtration media production processes.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
    • Experience in machine processing, troubleshooting, and metal fabrication.
    • Understanding of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) programming.
