About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at MCR Health Inc. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be one of the first points of contact for our patients, greeting them with a smile and providing a positive experience.
  • Triage and document patients' complaints and history before they see their physician.
  • Perform EKGs, administer immunizations, and assist with procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the clinical care team to assess, plan, and implement the patient care plan.
  • Educate patients based on physician or nursing provided instructions.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Current Certified or Registered Medical Assistant Certification required.
  • 2+ years' experience as a Medical Assistant required.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers in stressful situations.
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
  • Pride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients and visitors.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
