BrightStar Care of North Sarasota is seeking dedicated LPNs to provide high-quality care to our clients. As an LPN Ambulatory Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, with days, nights, and weekend shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform care as defined by client's individual Plan of Care and within scope of state's nurse practice act
- Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
- Reliable car/auto insurance
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
- Must be able to perform wound care, foley care/change, and/or ostomy care
