Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Freed Marcroft operates on a Remote First model, allowing flexibility in structuring your work schedule. The compensation package includes a base salary that reflects your contributions, along with bonus opportunities for client referrals. We are also open to discussing compensation for an existing client base. Our benefits package is comprehensive, featuring a 401K retirement plan with employer contributions, health insurance, paid time off, and both short and long-term disability coverage. Additionally, we support ongoing professional development by covering costs for continuing legal education, bar dues, and certain approved voluntary bar memberships.
