Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based on experience and skills, with negotiable terms. Freed Marcroft operates on a Remote First model, allowing flexibility in work arrangements. The compensation package includes a base salary that reflects your contributions, along with bonus opportunities for client referrals. We are open to discussing compensation for an existing client base. Our benefits package is comprehensive, featuring a 401K retirement plan with employer contributions, health insurance, paid time off, and both short and long-term disability coverage. We also support professional development by covering continuing legal education, bar dues, and approved voluntary bar memberships.
