Job Summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Medical Affairs Insights to provide strategic insight and actionable recommendations to our therapeutic area teams. The successful candidate will support the development of medical impact plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive insights plans to support medical affairs strategies and initiatives
  • Communicate and align with partners around market research and analytics objectives and outputs
  • Lead primary market research design and execution to answer key medical insights questions
  • Synthesize and translate data and information into compelling insights and recommendations
  • Champion insight approaches and analytic methods, influencing decision-making
  • Develop and present reports and actionable recommendations to focus on key findings and relevant implications
  • Initiate and facilitate activities enhancing partners' knowledge regarding the relevant aspects of patient journey and experience
  • Collaborate on the development of dashboards for various levels of reporting
  • Proactively keep up to date with industry changes, methodologies, tools, and techniques and share with the wider team
  • Develop an understanding of the therapeutic areas to ensure the right business questions are being asked
  • Ensure all planned market research is compliant and projects follow SOPs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of proven experience in market research and performance measurement roles within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with data storytelling, slide creation, and distilling complex data into a cohesive story flow
  • Keen analytical mind with outstanding problem-solving and technical skills, reflecting in-depth knowledge of various secondary databases and their limitations
  • Strong understanding of analytics, primary, and secondary market research methods
  • Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
