Key Responsibilities:

The role of a Customer Service Representative encompasses various tasks aimed at providing outstanding customer support and ensuring store standards are upheld.

Primary Duties:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Handling cash register operations, including cash management and lottery ticket sales
  • Completing daily shift reports
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all areas, including windows, floors, and restrooms
  • Restocking merchandise on shelves and in coolers
  • Conducting inventory checks for fuel tanks
  • Coordinating product deliveries and vendor communications
  • Performing yard maintenance tasks
  • Assisting with light equipment upkeep
  • Arranging product displays
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Communicating effectively with team members and customers
  • Accurate documentation through counting, reading, and writing
Position Requirements:
  • Compliance with the store's dress code
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Participation in mandatory training sessions
Physical Demands:
  • Regular bending, reaching, and lifting of items weighing up to 15 lbs
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to reach high and low areas
  • Capability to move quickly throughout the store
  • Access to all areas of the store
