We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Kohler Co. in Casa Grande, AZ.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations, including the flow of finished goods and service parts. This role will involve scheduling and administering a flexible workforce to meet customer orders and product demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign labor force to tasks in line with efficient crewing needs and scheduling requirements
  • Ensure process and quality specifications are followed in shipping/receiving of scheduled components
  • Monitor shipping results and ensure budget rates are exceeded
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of process and equipment to achieve optimum efficiency
  • Ensure shift associates are adequately trained in process procedures
  • Hold or participate in monthly safety meetings to communicate safe work practices
  • Administer plant rules and handle discipline when necessary
  • Continuously strive to improve process, equipment, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field
  • 3+ years working in distribution or warehousing environment
  • 2+ years of team lead, supervisory, or management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
  • Some travel may be required for training and business exposure
