Program Finance Controller

Kudu Dynamics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Finance Controller to join our team. As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the Program Manager to help define the project's goals and objectives, and recommend actions to improve progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to Program Managers.
  • Assist with project setup in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities and provide analytical contribution in working resolution with PM, Contracts, Procurement, and Finance/Accounting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Program Management related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of Program Control or related and progressive experience with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and overall MS Office suite.
  • Full knowledge of government contracting and the ability to budget, forecast, and project financial information for government contracts.
