Key Responsibilities:- Ensure policy, procedures, performance standards, and service expectations are met.
- Develop and implement the pharmacy department's strategic plan, annual goals, and policies/procedures.
- Manage capital, financial, and human resources of the assigned pharmacy department(s).
- Collaborate with facility administrators, stakeholders, and committees to meet business, regulatory, and service requirements.
- Meet and exceed outcome metric goals for entity(s) pharmacy.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- 4 years of contemporary health-system pharmacy experience or completion of a PGY2 Pharmacy Administration residency.
- 1 year of informal leadership experience in Pharmacy.
