- Monitor and enforce resident lease obligations, maintaining strict adherence to State and Federal Fair Housing Laws.
- Communicate effectively with site staff members and ensure compliance with all personnel policies and procedures.
- Provide direction and oversight to property maintenance staff, ensuring units are in market-ready condition.
- Perform regular inspections of managed property and bid, negotiate, and manage vendor service contracts.
- Train and mentor office staff in sales and marketing materials, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
- Responsible for rental collection and posting, as well as inputting invoices, with strong financial management skills and budgeting expertise.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, leading the community staff and communicating professionally with co-workers, residents, vendors, and corporate staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and experience with OneSite, Yardi, and/or eSite preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays when required, as well as travel for training and occasional business meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager required, with Tax Credit and HUD knowledge essential.
