Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss their mortgage protection coverage needs.
  • Research: Gather information to customize insurance options that meet clients' financial needs.
  • Meeting with Families: Present insurance options, discuss details, and help clients apply for coverage.
  • Administrative: Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with a growth mindset, who are coachable, self-disciplined, and challenge-seeking. A strong skill set is not the only requirement for this position.

Compensation

This is a commission-only based sales position with uncapped earning potential. Our average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. We also offer a competitive bonus structure program and incentive trips for individual and team results.
