Elevate HR is recruiting highly organized and personable Human Capital Management Specialists to join our team in New York, NY. We seek individuals with a deep-seated sense of accountability, ability to work as part of a tightly focused and fast-moving team, and an ongoing commitment to and investment in our mission.

As a key member of our implementation team, you will guide clients through the successful implementation of software solution suites which can include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (HRIS focus), Elevate HR for D365, elevateAD for Active Directory Automation, elevateX for Universal Integration, and elevatePAYTM for D365 Payroll.

You will be responsible for planning and scoping full lifecycle implementations, writing draft Statements of Work, executing against project timelines, deliverables and budgets, closure of projects, and cutover to customer support. Additionally, you will cultivate strategic relationships with clients, Microsoft Partners, and Microsoft project team members.

  • Passionate about driving organizational change through strategic Human Capital Management and HRIS implementations
  • Demonstrable experience in project planning and risk management

A few qualifications you'll need to check:

  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • ERP and/or HRIS implementation consulting background
  • Background in functional or strategic Human Capital Management with client-side knowledge of HR processes
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing Human Resources technology implementations or ERP software implementations
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%-40%
  • Comfortable working onsite with clients and working from a virtual office when not onsite
  • Residence within commuting distance of a major US airport
  • Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top accredited university
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
